Vendor Member Code of Conduct
Every Member who sells or wishes to sell at an Event or on our Social Club or Event Website is a Vendor Member who may have to pay for a Vendor Membership in order to place a deposit on their space and/or help contribute to the maintenance of our website in which we want to showcase Vendors. A Vendor Member is expected to know and then maintain the Community, Event, and Vendor Member Code of Conduct. The Community and Event Code of Conduct is above. The additional Vendor Code of Conduct is:
1. Professionalism and Transparency
§ We Vendors will be Professional, Transparent, and Responsible: Those of Us who are Vendors are entrusted with the responsibility of providing goods and services to our members and are expected to uphold the Society’s core values. Vendors agree to conduct all transactions with honesty, transparency, and a commitment to fiduciary responsibility, ensuring fair dealings with all members. Vendors must comply with our Community and Participant Members Codes of Conduct, in order to foster an environment of respect, trust, and professionalism. We Vendors value our wares and so will also ask a fair price and honor all agreements to the best of our abilities. We will strive to contribute to the immersive gameplay in selling our Goods and Wares, although we may speak of modern-day money and otherwise will put transparency before immersion (which more plainly means we will be clear about our prices above all else and will not engage in unfair sales practices).
